Lotus Healing Center is proud to offer the most diverse fitness class lineup in Jamestown with certified instructors guiding newcomers and more experienced fitness enthusiasts through each session. We offer both heated and non-heated Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Pound fitness classes. These classes are designed to challenge your body in unique ways and offer a wide variety of physical and mental benefits. Cardio Dance

A high-energy dance class that combines traditional aerobic exercises with modern dance moves to get your heart pumping and body moving.

Barre

The Barre workout is a low-impact but highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training focusing on small movements.

Hot Yoga

We are the only true hot yoga studio with radiant heat in the area. Typically featuring a vinyasa flow, our hot yoga classes use repeated movement and elevated studio temperature to loosen muscles and help induce sweating.

Pound

Pound is a cardio-based drumming workout that combines aspects of strength training with yoga and pilates movements perfect for all fitness levels.

Yoga Sculpt

A high-intensity, full-body workout that combines traditional yoga poses with elements of strength training and cardio to tone muscles and improve endurance.

Chair Yoga

A modified version of yoga that uses a chair for added support during practice to make this class more accessible for anyone with limited mobility, balance, or physical disabilities.

Fundamental Flow

This class focuses on the fundamental principles of yoga including body alignment, balance, and the synchronization of your breath to the movements throughout practice.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, slow-paced yoga practice that helps promote physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with fewer poses held for a longer period to release tension.

Pilates

Focused on strengthening your core muscles and increasing body flexibility, Pilates combines yoga, ballet, and calisthenics movements into a singular fitness class.

Guided Meditation

Led by Linda Campbell, guided meditation is a structured practice to help focus on the present moment and provide clarity while reducing anxiety and stress.
